The Illinois State men's tennis team is set to conclude its fall season at the 2025 ITA Midwest Regional Championships, which will be hosted by DePaul University in Chicago. The tournament is scheduled to take place from October 16 to October 20 at XS Tennis Village.

The event features a main draw of at least 64 singles players and 32 doubles teams. Qualifying rounds will determine the final entries for both singles and doubles. Singles competition begins on Thursday at 9 a.m., with two qualifying rounds slated for the opening day.

The Division I Regional Championships, run by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), are among the organization's longest-standing annual events. Players who reach the finals in singles and champions in doubles from each regional automatically secure spots in the NCAA Individual Championships, which will be held at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida, from November 18-23, 2025.

This marks the third and last tournament of the fall for Illinois State. The team will return to action when their dual meet season begins in January.
