City of Pontiac Committee of the Whole met Oct. 6.

The Committee of the Whole meeting of the Pontiac City Council was held on October 6, 2025. Mayor Eckhoff called to order the meeting of the City Council at 6:00 P.M.
The City Clerk was directed to call roll, and the following members of the Council were present: Barr, Gill, S. Hoerner, Causer A. Hoerner, Bradshaw, Howard. The following Council were absent: Giovanini and Wille.
Façade Grant -201 N. Mill Street
City Administrator Woolford presents the improvements that 210 N. Mill Street would like to have made to their business. Informs the council that there is still plenty of money in the TIF funds budget. Discussion was held.
Moved to regular meeting.

WWTP-Farnsworth Group
Farnsworth Group presented a presentation on the Water Treatment Plant starting out with the background information on how the project started from design in 2017 to présent. Discussed the current issues with the plant and a couple of solutions on how to fix it moving forward. Discussion was held.
