This is a text amendment of the Zoning Ordinance of the Code of McLean County Chapter 350, Zoning Section 350-26 – Definitions for Ag. Support & Education, Section 350-42 - Use Table for Ag. Support & Education, and Section 350-43 – Use Standards for Ag. Support & Education. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:15 P.M. - Case SU-25-09, an application of Blooming Grove Storage Energy Center, LLC by Invenergy, Inc. in case SU-25-09 on parcel 03-35-100-007. It is requesting a special use to allow a battery energy storage system (BESS) in the Agriculture District in Chenoa Township immediately east of 2750 East Rd. approximately 1/3 mile south of 2700 North Rd. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
