Emington-Campus Fire Protection District responded to 11 calls in 2017 - 35.3 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Emington-Campus included 11 fires - eight structure fires, one vehicle fire and two other fires.

In all, the department saw $191,000 in fire loss - or about $17,364 per fire.

The Emington-Campus Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $46,723 in 2017.
