Hudson Central Fire Protection District responded to 14 calls in 2017 - 50 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Hudson included 11 fires - one structure fire, two vehicle fires and eight other fires.

The department also received three false calls.

The Hudson Central Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $624,106 in 2017.
