Q1 real estate sales report: Bellflower

Median prices rose in Bellflower over last year, and are down 33.2 percent over 9 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 2 homes sold in Bellflower for a median price of $59,808. That's 67.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
