Q1 real estate sales report: Carlock

Median prices declined in Carlock over last year, and are up 311 percent over 9 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 5 homes sold in Carlock for a median price of $126,500. That's 4.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
