CALL TO ORDER BY CHAIR

ROLL CALL BY SECRETARY AND DECLARATION OF A QUORUM APPROVAL OF MINUTES

APPEARANCE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC (An opportunity is provided for members of the public to address the public officials on matters not listed below. Public comment will not exceed 20 minutes. Each member of the public will be allowed 3 minutes of commentary.)

7:00 P.M. - Case ZA-19-01, an application of Nussbaum Properties Inc., in case ZA-19-01 on parcel 14-04-300-012. It is requesting a map amendment to change the zoning classification from A- Agriculture District to M-1 Restricted Manufacturing District on property located in Normal Township immediately northeast of the intersection of Interstate I-39 and 1900 North Rd. (E. Ziebarth Rd.). This is a recommendation to the County Board.

7:10 P.M. - Case SU-19-01, an application of Steve and Mary Kerber, in case SU-19-01 on parcel 16- 17-300-005. They are requesting a special use to allow a single family residence in the A- Agriculture District on land unsuitable for farming on property in Blue Mound Township at 25204 E 1700 North Rd., Cooksville, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.

7:20 P.M. - Case SU-18-31, an application of Mastec Network Solutions, LLC, in case SU-18-31 on parcel 25-20-400-007. It is requesting a special use to allow a telecommunications tower (cell tower) in the R-1 Single Family Residence District on property in Cheneys Grove Township at 206 N. Harper St., Saybrook, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
