PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS

CONSIDERATION OF ACTION ON PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO PUBLIC HEARING ON FEBRUARY 19, 2019 ON PETITION BY ICA-ILLINOIS, LLC AND BUTTERFIELD RIDGE NO, 2, INC. WITH RESPECT TO 88.62 ACRES, MORE OR LESS AS FOLLOWS:

➢ Annexation Agreement between the Village of Dwight and ICA-Illinois, LLC and Butterfield Ridge No. 2 for annexation of the parcel consisting of 88.62 acres, more or less located south of Illinois Rt. 17 and east of I-55 and adjoining Watters Subdivision to the west as proposed, including items regarding infrastructure, payments and reimbursements to and from Village of Dwight and all related matters.

Recommendation to approve and passage of Ordinance authorizing the same, subject to discussion and/or amendment by the Corporate Authorities as part of such approval and passage.

➢ Petition for annexation by ICA-Illinois, LLC, Petitioner Developer, and Butterfield Ridge No. 2 Inc., as owner of 88.62 acres, more or less.

➢ Recommendation to approve and passage of Ordinance authorizing the same, subject to discussion and/or amendment by the Corporate Authorities as part of such approval and passage.

Petition to establish zoning as a P-1 Zoning District, and approval of proposed use upon annexation and use of a portion of the property annexed, consisting of 40 acres, more or less, to be used as a federal detention center. Recommendation to approve and passage of Ordinance authorizing the same, subject to discussion and/or amendment by the Corporate Authorities as part of such approval and passage.

With respect to the above, including the approval of the Plat of Subdivision and related issues.
