Chenoa home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Chenoa fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Chenoa in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Chenoa for 2017 was $2,058. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,932. This marks an increase of 6.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
