Normal home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Normal fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 17.4% decrease over the $160,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Normal in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Normal for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,912, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
