Le Roy home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Le Roy rose by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 112.8% increase over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Le Roy in March 2017.
