Lexington home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Lexington fell by $27,499 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,501 - a 27.5% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lexington in October 2017, as well.
