Heyworth home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Heyworth fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,750 - a 3.9% decrease over the $141,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Heyworth in the second half of 2016.
