B. Consideration of a request from the Prairie Central High School Student Senate sponsor, Naddene Pilgrim, to use city streets for the Homecoming Parade on Friday, October 4, 2019 @ 2:30 p.m.

C. Consideration of a recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals to amend the Zoning Code of the Municipal Code Book of the City of Fairbury, Illinois

D. Consideration to purchase five (5) trash receptacles from Global Industrial in the amount of $3,052.15
