City of Chenoa issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
Over the course of the last couple of months our sewage lines have been clogged several times. Items include rags, bicycle tubes, etc. It’s becoming a great concern. We believe we have isolated it to the East side of the tracks. We realize that is the majority of the town. We are asking residents to be mindful of what is being flushed and please do not mess with any manholes.
