Odell Community Consolidated School District 435 Board of Education met Nov. 13.

Board President Emily Gall called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.
PRESENT: Emily Gall, Megan Henson, Kate Noles, and Mark Tissiere
ABSENT: Chad Gragert, Kevin Roe, and Kim Verdun
Also in attendance: Mark Hettmansberger, Superintendent; Sue Francis, Secretary

Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Kate Noles, seconded by Megan Henson as presented. Action: Passed.
APPROVAL OF OCTOBER BILLS AND PAYROLL
Motion to approve the October bills and payroll was made by Megan Henson, second by Kate Noles. Roll call, yeas-Emily Gall, Megan Henson, Kate Noles, and Mark Tissiere Action: Passed.
APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF CHEERLEADING CO-COACH
Motion to approve the employment of Wendi Birkett as Cheerleading Co-Coach was made by Megan Henson and second by Kate Noles. Roll call, yeas—Emily Gall, Megan Henson, Kate Noles, and Mark Tissiere. Action: Passed.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND DISCUSSION
1) Supt. Hettmansberger discussed the school board convention with the Board.
2) Supt. Hettmansberger reminded the Board of the December board meeting change. The date will be Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 6 p.m.
3) Supt. Hettmansberger presented information on the Tax Levy. The Board will vote on the levy at the December 12th board meeting.
4) Supt. Hettmansberger handed out the first reading PRESS updates to the Board.
