Stanford home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Stanford rose by $42,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 52% increase over the $81,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Stanford in October 2018.
