Stanford home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Stanford rose by $12,100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,550 - a 13.8% increase over the $87,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Stanford in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Stanford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,927, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
