Normal home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Normal fell by $15,250 while total sales increased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,750 - a 8.3% decrease over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Normal in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Normal for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,074, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
