Bloomington home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Bloomington rose by $3,400 while total sales increased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,900 - a 2% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Bloomington in July 2018.
