7:00 P.M. – Case SU-20-01, an application of Patricia Braid, in case SU-20-01 on parcel 27-17-200- 023. She is requesting to amend special use case SU-19-12 for a cemetery with cremation by adding a building in the A-Agriculture District on property in Funks Grove Township at 7800 E 600 North Rd., McLean, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:10 P.M. – Case SU-20-02, an application of Maxlider Motors, LLC, in case SU-20-02 on parcel 20- 02-101-021. It is requesting a special use to allow a vehicle paint and body shop in the M-1 Restricted Manufacturing District on property in Dale Township at 13924 Carole Dr., Bloomington, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:30 P.M. – Case ZA-20-01, an application of the McLean County Zoning Board of Appeals in case ZA-20-01. This is a text amendment of the Zoning Ordinance of the Code of McLean County Chapter 350, Zoning: 1) To amend Section 350-21(B) to add the Land Use and Development Committee as a permissible entity to propose text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance; 2) To amend Section 350-26, Definitions, to add a definition of a Boat Sales & Service Facility; 3) To amend Section 350-42, Use Table, to allow a Boat Sales & Service Facility by special use in the Agriculture District; 4) To amend Section 350-43, Use Standards, to add a use standard for a Boat Sales & Service Facility; and 5) To amend Section 350-43, OO(2)(p)[e], Use Standards, to allow an irrevocable letter of credit, in addition to an escrow account, as adequate financial assurance in a decommissioning fund for a Wind Energy Conversion System. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
