B. Consideration and action to approve the Minutes of the February 1, 2020 Legislative Update Special Session, as requested by the City Clerk Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Minutes be approved.)

C. Consideration and action to approve Bills and Payroll in the amount of $7,124,434.57, as requested by the Finance Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Bills and Payroll be approved.)

D. Consideration and action on a License Agreement between the City of Bloomington and Sunnyside Community Garden and Food Forest Inc., as requested by the Administration Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed License Agreement be approved.)

E. Consideration and action on a Resolution Authorizing a Change Order and First Amendment in the Amount of $347,700 to the FY2020 Utility Maintenance Contract between the City of Bloomington and George Gildner Inc., Bid No. 2019-28, for the purpose of funding additional utility maintenance projects at various locations, as requested by the Public Works Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Resolution be approved.)

F. Consideration and action to approve a Contract with Brenntag Mid-South Inc., for the Purchase of Cationic and Anionic Polymer, in the amount of $76,500, as requested by the Public Works Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Contract be approved.)

G. Consideration and action on an Ordinance Approving a Zoning Map Amendment for 3204-3212 Gerig Drive and 3216 Gerig Drive, Approximately 5.04 acres, from B-1 General Commercial District to B-2 Local Commercial District, as requested by the Community Development Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Ordinance be approved.)
