McLean County Board Executive Committee met Feb. 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

The Executive Committee of the McLean County Board met beginning at 5:25 p.m. in Room 400 of the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington, IL.

Members Present: Chairman McIntyre, Members Jim Soeldner, George Gordon, William Caisley, Susan Schafer, Chuck Erickson, Laurie Wollrab, Catherine Metsker and Josh Barnett

Members Absent: None

Other Members Present: None

Staff Present: Ms. Camille Rodriguez, County Administrator; Ms. Cassy Taylor, Assistant County Administrator; Jessica Woods, First Assistant State’s Attorney – Civil Division and Julie Morlock Recording Secretary

Department Heads/Elected Officials Present: None

Others Present: None

Chairman McIntyre called the meeting to order at 5:25 p.m. and declared a quorum.

Chairman McIntyre presented for action a request to approve Proposed Cyber Insurance Program for Policy Year 2020. Ms. Rodriguez pointed out the amendment that had been made at the Finance Committee stand up meeting.

Motion by Soeldner/Caisley to recommend approval of Proposed Cyber Insurance Program for Policy Year 2020.

Motion Carried.

Chairman McIntyre presented for action the request to approve a Contract for Services Between DeWitt County Community Mental Health Board and Children’s Advocacy Center.

Motion by Schafer/Robustelli to recommend approval of Contract for Services Between DeWitt County Community Mental Health Board and Children’s Advocacy Center.

Motion Carried.

Chairman McIntyre asked if there was other business to come before the Committee, hearing none he adjourned the meeting at 5:26 p.m.
