7:15 P.M. – Case SU-20-05, an application of Wilbur Ludwig in case SU-20-05 on parcel 15-32-451- 006. This is a request to amend special use case SU-87-09 for a Planned Unit Development for the Prairie Commercial Park to add an Outdoor Recreation Tennis Court in the M-1 Restricted Manufacturing District on property in Towanda Township at 14051 Prairie Commercial Park, Bloomington, IL.
