City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
The customer portal for the new water billing software is now open! You'll need the info on your august water bill.CID number that is printed in the upper left hand corner and your account number. With this portal you'll be able to set up to receive e-bills beginning Sept 1st and also be able to view usage/account history. In about a month the City will have the auto ACH payments set up and ready go.
Try it out and feel free the call City Hall with any questions or issues.
