City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Mar. 27.
The City’s new Utility Billing System is now Live and billing is being processed for residents located in the Billing Cycle 3 Zone. You should be receiving your bill soon. Our Billing Map will show you the Billing Cycle Zone you are in and when your first bill will be produced.
You will not be able to make a credit card payment online, in person, via phone or register online until your first billing is processed in the new system. Receipt of your first bill will indicate this availability. Billing Cycle Zone Map and Complete Details Here: http://ow.ly/hhux50E9O7J
