City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Apr. 23.

Bloomington recognized as a Tree City USA community by the Arbor Day Foundation! This is the 34th year Bloomington has earned the national designation. Bloomington’s Arbor Day observance will be at Bent Elementary School on 4/29, 1:30 PM. Learn more: http://ow.ly/rcyu50EvAyX
