A. Presentation and discussion of the McLean County Regional Planning Commission (MCRPC) Go:Safe McLean County Action Plan, as requested by the Public Works Department. (Recommended Motion: None; presentation and discussion only.) (Presentation by Raymond Lai, Executive Director, McLean County Regional Planning Commission; Jennifer Sicks, Transportation Planner, McLean County Regional Planning Commission, 15 minutes; and City Council discussion, 15 minutes.)

B. Presentation of the proposed 2021-2023 IT Strategic Plan, as requested by the Information Technology Department. (Recommended Motion: None; presentation and discussion only.) (Presentation by Craig McBeath, Director of Information Technology, 10 minutes; and City Council discussion, 5 minutes.)

C. Presentation and discussion of the Solid Waste Program, as requested by the Public Works Department and the Administration Department. (Recommended Motion: None; presentation and discussion only.) (Presentation by Tim Gleason, City Manager; Kevin Kothe, P.E., Director of Public Works, 20 minutes; and City Council discussion, 30 minutes.)
