The Talent Shortage: How to Hire in 2022

Evan will discuss how companies can close the gap with their hiring needs and be more competitive considering the candidate/labor shortage that they are experiencing.

Attendees will gain insight to what candidate shortages, low turnout and high employee turnover rates are telling us about employee recruitment and retention and will learn best practices on how employers may want to consider pivoting from their traditional recruiting and hiring processes in 2022.
