Median home prices in Flanagan fell to $62,500 in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Flanagan fell by $11,700 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 15.8% decrease over the $74,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Flanagan in the second half of 2017.
