Falling home prices in Fairbury in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Fairbury fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $83,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Fairbury in the second half of 2017.
