How did home prices perform in Fairbury during the second half of 2017?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Fairbury rose by $5,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Fairbury in the second half of 2016, as well.
