Pricing for the median home in Chatsworth increased during 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Chatsworth rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 20% increase over the $35,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Chatsworth in 2017.
