Falling home prices in Pontiac in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Pontiac fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 19.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 175 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 9.2% decrease over the $87,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Pontiac in 2017.
