Falling home prices in Odell in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Odell fell by $8,500 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 10.2% decrease over the $83,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Odell in 2016.
