Rising home prices in Dwight in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Dwight rose by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,750 - a 7.3% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Dwight in October 2018.
