Home prices increased in Fairbury during July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Fairbury rose by $50,050 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 100.2% increase over the $49,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fairbury in July 2018.
