Median home prices in Pontiac rose to $104,000 in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Pontiac rose by $43,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 70.6% increase over the $60,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Pontiac in July 2018.
