Fairbury median home prices fell by 48.6% in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Fairbury fell by $68,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 48.6% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fairbury in October 2017.
