Pontiac median home prices fell by 3.2% in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Pontiac fell by $2,750 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,500 - a 3.2% decrease over the $87,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Pontiac in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Pontiac for 2018 was $2,203. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,186. This marks an increase of 0.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
