The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Bloomington fell by $750 while total sales increased by 29.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $154,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Bloomington in March 2021.
