The McLean County GOP will host the 2022 Lincoln Reagan Dinner at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington on Friday, April 29, at 6 p.m. The event will provide an opportunity to celebrate McLean County, honor a local hero, and hear from Republican candidates for U.S. Senate and Governor.
The event will feature remarks from several Republican candidates for Governor, including Gary Rabine, Jesse Sullivan, and Cindy Bailey (on behalf of Darren Bailey) plus Lt. Governor candidate Carolyn Schofield (on behalf of Paul Schmipf). It will also feature candidates for U.S. Senate, including Peggy Hubbard, Jimmy Lee Tillman II, and Kathy Salvi.
State Representative Ryan Spain will present "Hope for the Future of Illinois."
The McLean County GOP is extremely excited to present the Everyday Hero Award during the program as well. This year, the award will be presented to Barbara Whiteman of Arrowsmith, Illinois, in recognition for her work with Living Well United Senior Center. Barbara will be honored at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner and a grant will be presented to a charity of her choice.
