Hudson Area Public Library District Board of Trustees met Oct. 20.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
The Special meeting was called to order by President Rinda at 7:30p.m. Board members present are: Nancy Rinda, Kevin Segerstrom, Dianne Feasley, Erin Corbin and Gwyn Whitacre. Ronda Hess, joined us by Zoom. Director Jenny Losey was also present.
We had enough present for a quorum.
The October meeting minutes we presented. Kevin made a motion to accept
them as presented with a second by Dianne Feasley.
The Board discussed the purchase of the lot East of the library. The parcel number 07-28-202-027.
Gwyn Whitacre made the motion to offer the maximum amount that we can make without holding a Budget & Appropriations Hearing, at the auction for the lot that is to be held on October 26, 2022 at 6:00p.m. at the Hudson Town Hall. The second was by Kevin Segerstrom followed by an open outcry for this. We can see how far that goes before holding a Budget & Appropriations Hearing. Next regular board meeting is on November 8, 2022 at 6:30p.m.
