It is requesting to amend special use case SU1992-43 by expanding the existing wastewater treatment facility which is a major utility in the Agriculture District on property in Randolph Township at 16325 E 700 North Rd., Heyworth, IL.

ITEM OF INFORMATION – Discuss a zoning text amendment for use standards of solar and wind farms to comply with Public Act 102-1123 adopted on January 27, 2023.
