She is requesting a special use to allow a single-family residence in the A-Agriculture District on land unsuitable for farming; a dwelling for a farm owner/ daughter of a farm owner, unique circumstances on property in Randolph Township at 1612 N 1300 East Rd., Heyworth, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
