APPEARANCE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA RELATED TOPICS (An opportunity is provided for members of the public to address the public officials on matters not listed below. Public comment will not exceed 20 minutes. Each member of the public will be allowed 3 minutes of commentary.)

7:00 P.M. - Case SU-23-08, an application of Bart Singletary in case SU-23-08 on parcel 25-27-300-019. He is requesting a special use to allow a single-family residence in the A-Agriculture District on land unsuitable for farming on property in Cheneys Grove Township at 39457 S. East St., Saybrook, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.

7:15 P.M. – Case SU-24-01, an application of Jessica Scharf in case SU-24-01 on parcel 35-06-200-003. She is requesting a special use to allow a single-family residence in the A-Agriculture District on land unsuitable for farming; a dwelling for a farm owner/ daughter of a farm owner, unique circumstances on property in Randolph Township at 1612 N 1300 East Rd., Heyworth, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
