Anyone interested in speaking publicly at a City Council or Committee of the Whole Meeting is welcome. The council appreciates all questions and comments but will not respond to comments at this time. While the Illinois Open Meetings Act mandates that the City Council may NOT act on comments received on matters that have not been identified on this agenda, council may direct staff to address the topic for action or discussion on the agenda for another meeting.
NOTE: 1. Each speaker shall be allowed a total of up to 3 minutes to present his/her comments.
