7.4 Ordinance approving a waiver of late fee penalties per Section 9-4-6 of the Heyworth  Village Code for the July water billing cycle 

7.5 Resolution approving the proposal from Striegel, Knobloch & Company, LLC for conducting  a single audit as required for Fiscal Year 2024
