The Illinois State men's tennis team concluded their regular season with a defeat against the 43rd-ranked Denver team. The match, held at the Denver Tennis Park, ended with a 7-0 scoreline in favor of Denver. This result left the Redbirds with an overall conference play record of 3-2.

Denver secured the doubles point by winning matches at both the No. 1 and No. 3 positions, establishing an early lead. As a result, Denver will enter the Summit League Championship as the top seed and will compete against either Drake or Omaha in the semifinals.
