A trio of Illinois State University men's tennis players have been recognized as 2024 All-Summit League selections. Seniors Nam Pham and Arvid Hjalte, along with sophomore Tin Ostro, received the honors following a vote by the league's head coaches. This announcement comes ahead of the Summit League Tennis Championships taking place in Des Moines, Iowa.

Nam Pham, from Lenexa, Kansas, is a three-time All-League selection and was named the 2022 Summit League Player of the Year. He has maintained his leadership role for the Redbirds this season with an overall record of 13-12 and notable victories against Omaha, Oral Roberts, and Drake.

Arvid Hjalte from Falkenberg, Sweden, played primarily at the No. 2 singles position and achieved an 11-12 record for 2024. His performance included a strong doubles showing alongside Pham at the No. 1 spot with a 16-9 mark overall.

Tin Ostro from Zagreb, Croatia, earned his first Summit League honors with a singles record of 13-8. His contributions helped secure wins over Oral Roberts, North Dakota, and Drake during league play.

The Redbirds are participating in their second Summit League championships since their last appearance in 2022. They will face off against No. 2 seed Drake in the semifinals on Friday at Waukee Northwest High School Tennis Complex in Waukee, Iowa.
